Vans and vehicles

The code on the van outlives every number change

Vehicle wraps are the most expensive print you own. Put one dynamic code on the livery and it can ring the office during work hours, take a pre-filled text in the evening, and point at whatever the business needs next year, without touching the wrap.

WHAT YOU GET

The payoff in plain terms

Survive number changes, rebrands and new websites without re-wrapping a single vehicle

HOW TO

How to recreate it with qr.lnkz.in

  1. Create the livery code

Set the default destination to a hosted links page carrying your call, text, WhatsApp and website buttons, so a parked van converts however the customer prefers.

  2. Add work-hours routing

Add a rule for working hours that dials the office directly: one scan, one ring. Evenings and weekends fall back to a pre-filled text such as "Hi, I would like a quote for..." so jobs land while you sleep.

  3. Make it wrap-proof

Export as SVG for the signwriter so it stays crisp at livery size, with your brand colours and a frame like "Scan for a quote". High contrast scans best from across the street.

  4. Change everything except the wrap

New number, new site, even a new trading name: update the destinations centrally and every vehicle in the fleet follows, the day it happens.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What happens if we change our phone number?

Edit the destination once and every code on every vehicle points at the new number immediately. The wrap never needs touching.

Will a QR code scan from livery at a distance?

Yes, if it is printed large with strong contrast. Export the SVG so the signwriter can scale it cleanly, and test a scan from the kerb before signing off the proof.

Can each van have its own code?

Yes. Give each vehicle its own code pointing at the same destinations from your library. Per-van scan counts tell you which routes and parking spots actually generate enquiries.
