Dynamic QR codes, explained.

What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code is a QR code whose destination can be changed after it is printed. The printed image never changes, but you can update where each scan goes from your dashboard at any time.

Can I change where a QR code points after printing it?

Yes. With QR Lnkz you update the destination in seconds and every code already printed or shared follows along instantly. There is no need to generate a new code or reprint anything.

What can a QR Lnkz code link to?

More than a web page. A single code can open a website, save your contact details to a phone as a vCard, share your guest WiFi, start a WhatsApp chat, place a call, or open a text or email ready to send. You can also show a map location or a plain text note.

Can one QR code show different links at different times?

Yes. Schedule rules let a single code route scans by day, time and date, for example a lunch menu at 11:00 and a happy hour page at 17:00, all from the same sticker. The code switches over on its own at the times you set.

Can I track how many times a QR code is scanned?

Yes. Every scan runs through QR Lnkz, so you can see scan counts over time, device types and countries as they happen. Analytics are privacy-friendly: no personal data is stored and IP addresses are hashed.

Can I use QR Lnkz with my team?

Yes. On the Pro plan you can invite up to ten people into a shared workspace, so your codes, schedules and analytics all live in one place that everyone can work from. The free plan is for a single owner with up to five codes.

Can I add my logo and brand colours to the QR code?

Yes. You can choose module shapes, colours, gradients and custom corners, and drop your logo into the centre. Export a crisp PNG or a vector SVG that scales to any size.

Do you use cookies?

We use only essential cookies needed to sign you in and keep the app working, plus optional analytics that you can opt into and withdraw at any time. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies and we never sell your data.

Is QR Lnkz free, and do people need an app to scan?

QR Lnkz is free while it is in beta, with up to five dynamic codes and no card required. The codes are standard QR codes, so any modern phone camera scans them straight away with nothing to download.
