Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use QR Lnkz. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

QR Lnkz, provided by Cloudy Software Limited, lets you create dynamic QR codes whose destination you can change after printing, route scans using schedule rules, and see analytics for each code.

QR Lnkz is currently in beta and free to use. Some limits may apply, such as the number of codes you can create. We may introduce paid plans in future, and we will give you notice before any charges apply to your account.

You are responsible for keeping your sign in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

When using QR Lnkz you agree not to:

• point a code at any content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights;
• use a redirect to distribute malware or to carry out phishing or fraud;
• misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You are responsible for the destinations your codes point to and for having the rights to any content you use. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us the permissions we need to host and serve it so that the service can work.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but during beta it is provided on an as is and as available basis, and features may change. We may carry out maintenance or update the service from time to time.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not give any warranties about the service beyond those that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the service is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
