Events and conferences

One code that follows your event from doors open to wrap up

Print your QR code once on lanyards, posters and signage, then send it wherever attendees need to be at each moment. The same code carries the agenda before the day, live room changes during it, and the slides and recordings afterwards.

ONE DYNAMIC CODE, RE-POINTED ANY TIME

WHAT YOU GET

The payoff in plain terms

Print badges and signage weeks ahead and still change the destination on the day
Move every attendee from the agenda to live updates to the recordings without handing out anything new
Schedule the switch between sessions by time so the code is always pointing at what matters now
See how many people scanned, on what devices and from which countries, to prove the turnout
HOW TO

How to recreate it with qr.lnkz.in

  1. Create the code and set the agenda as its home

Make a new QR code and set its default destination to your event agenda or landing page. Add your colours and logo so it looks the part on print.

  2. Add schedule rules for the day

Add schedule rules that point the code at the right page at the right time, for example a live updates page during the event and a feedback form once the closing session ends.

  3. Switch to the follow up afterwards

When the event is over, change the default destination to the slides and recordings. Everyone who scans the printed badge from then on lands on the post-event hub.

  4. Review the scan analytics

Open the analytics for the code to see scans over time, device split and countries, so you can report real engagement back to sponsors and your team.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can I change where an event QR code points after the badges are printed?

Yes. The printed code stays the same while you update its destination from your dashboard, so you can move attendees from the agenda to live updates to the recordings without reprinting a single badge.

Can one event code show different pages at different times of day?

Yes. Schedule rules route scans by day, time and date, so the same code can show the morning agenda, switch to a live updates page during sessions, and offer a feedback form once the event closes.

Can I see how many people scanned during the event?

Yes. Every scan is logged, so you can see counts over time, device types and countries. It is a simple way to show sponsors and stakeholders the real reach of your signage.
