How to recreate it with qr.lnkz.in

  1. Set the calendar event as the default

    Create the code with a calendar event destination carrying the course title, date, time and venue. Everyone who scans the joining pack early gets it straight into their diary.

  2. Schedule the wifi window

    Add a rule for the morning of the course pointing at a wifi destination with the venue credentials, so arrivals see the network and password and join without asking at the desk.

  3. Switch to the materials mid-morning

    Add a rule from the first break onwards pointing at your slides and handouts page. Delegates rescan the same code they used an hour earlier.

  4. Finish on a review request

    From the final session, route the code to your review destination. When the course ends, either leave it collecting reviews or repoint it at the next cohort's joining page.

Can one QR code really switch between a calendar invite, wifi and a webpage?

Yes. Schedule rules choose the active destination by day, time and date, and a destination can be any kind: a calendar event, wifi credentials, a URL, a review form. The printed code never changes.

What if the course date moves?

Edit the calendar event destination and adjust the rule dates. Every joining pack already sent out follows the new plan automatically.

Can I reuse the code for the next cohort?

Yes. Update the rules and destinations for the new dates and the same printed materials work again. Scan analytics stay with the code, so you can compare cohorts too.
