One code for everyone, prices only for the trade
Print a single code on your counter card or catalogue and gate the trade price list behind a shared passcode. Account customers get the code word, everyone else sees nothing they should not.
ONE DYNAMIC CODE, RE-POINTED ANY TIME
The payoff in plain terms
How to recreate it with qr.lnkz.in
Create a passcode destination
Add a code with a passcode destination: the URL of your trade price list plus a 6-character passcode of your choosing. Scanners are asked for the passcode before the link opens.
Hand the passcode to the right people
Give the passcode to account customers, members or staff however you already talk to them: on account paperwork, in the welcome email, at the counter.
Schedule the changeover
When new pricing lands, add a date rule pointing the code at the new list from launch day. The passcode stays the same; the content behind it switches on schedule.
Repoint or re-gate at will
Lost control of a passcode? Update the destination with a new one in seconds. The printed code never changes, so nothing needs recalling or reprinting.
Features used
Dynamic routing
Re-point a printed code to a new destination any time, with no reprinting.
Schedule rules
Send scans to the right page by day, time and date, switching over on their own.
Custom design
Add your colours and logo, then export a crisp PNG or vector SVG.
Questions, answered
How secure is a passcode-gated QR code?
It is a shared passcode, designed for convenience gating rather than high security: right for trade price lists, member perks and internal documents, not for personal or regulated data. You can change the passcode at any time if it spreads too far.
Can I change the passcode without reprinting?
Yes. The printed code stays the same. Edit the destination to set a new passcode and the old one stops working immediately.
Can the gated content change on a schedule?
Yes. Schedule rules work with passcode destinations like any other, so you can point the same gated code at the new price list from a launch date, or run a members-only offer for a set week.
