Text to book

Scan, and the booking text is already written

Put one code in your window, on your counter or on a flyer and every scan opens a text message to your number with the words already filled in. Customers send it in seconds, and you reply when it suits you.

ONE DYNAMIC CODE, RE-POINTED ANY TIME

WHAT YOU GET

The payoff in plain terms

Turn a scan into a booking enquiry in two taps, with the message pre-written
Route scans to a phone call during open hours and a text message after close
Change the pre-filled wording any time, for example to a seasonal offer, without reprinting
See scan counts over time so you know which window, counter or flyer is pulling its weight
HOW TO

How to recreate it with qr.lnkz.in

  1. Create an SMS destination

Add a new code with an SMS destination: your business number plus a pre-filled message such as "Hi, I would like to book an appointment". Scanners see a page that opens their messaging app with everything ready to send.

  2. Add an open-hours rule for calls

If you prefer to answer the phone while you are open, add a schedule rule that points the code at a phone destination during business hours. Outside those hours the code falls back to the pre-filled text.

  3. Print it once, place it everywhere

Add your colours, logo and a CTA frame such as "Scan to book by text", then export the PNG or SVG for your window vinyl, counter stand and flyers.

  4. Refine the message as you learn

Update the pre-filled text whenever you like. The printed code never changes, so a new offer or a clearer opening line reaches every placement instantly.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What happens when someone scans a text-to-book QR code?

They land on a short page that opens their messaging app with your number and your pre-filled message ready to go. One tap to send. There is also a visible button in case their phone does not open the app automatically.

Can I change the pre-filled message after printing?

Yes. The printed code points at a permanent short link, so you can edit the number or the message any time and every printed placement updates instantly.

Can the same code ring my phone during the day and take texts at night?

Yes. Add a schedule rule that routes scans to a phone call during your open hours. Outside those hours the code reverts to the pre-filled text, so you never miss an enquiry while you are closed.
